It's Pappy season, and although we aren't lucky enough to say we've got our hands on one this year (Nashville's rough y'all), we relied on some kindness and generosity to put up an Old Rip Van Winkle against two Weller Antique 107 store picks, one that was non-chill filtered and one that was chill filtered, in a blind tasting in an attempt to see if there's really that much of a difference besides a few extra years of aging.
