Daylight Wine and Spirits is the vision of two guys in California that dreamt of making wine and spirits on their own terms. Obviously, with wine being their first venture, their Bourbon and Rye offerings were finished in wine barrels (they had some to spare). They were nice enough to send us over some to sample. Cheers!
